Thursday Night - 5-6

We are looking for parents to step up and take control !!

Travel Coordinator - Each Team - Responsible for keeping team together and making sure everyone
knows where to meet at the venue check for that Athletes are on time and keep them together ...

Team Mom / Dad - Each Team - Responsible for getting the Athletes from the stands to the warm up
area at the time designated on the schedule . This parent is to remain with the Athletes either on the
floor or near the exit , this is so that they can take that team back to the designated area . This parent is
also responsible for all Make Up , Uniform and Hair Checks ... If it is not correct they will let the parent
know.

Spirit Coordinator - Each Team - Responsible for getting our parents and team members in the
competition spirit ... WE MUST BE LOUD FOR OUR KIDS !!!
Responsible for team gifts on competition days, each child will receive some kind of spirit gift at EACH
competition , this is to show our Athletes that this is for FUN and we enjoy them and we want them to
have the best time that they can have . After all the hard work and dedication that it takes to be a
Competitive Athlete they DESERVE IT ...The spirit coordinator will collect from the parents ONE week
prior to competition a maximum of $5.00 per parent in order to purchase small spirit gifts ... However
Nationals gift will be larger and the amount of the donation will increase.
